Trinity Series
The Trinity Series is designed to help you strengthen your spiritual, mental, and physical well-being.
In our weekly meetings, you’ll participate in a 45-minute moderate-impact fitness class followed by a 15-minute discussion focused on actionable steps to enhance your overall well-being.

With over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Coach Carter is not only the proud owner of Coach Carter Fitness, but also a dedicated personal trainer and group fitness instructor.
